A beautiful day out east, even though there were showers all day at The Cottage.

Pen y Corddyn Mawr was sheltered from the strong westerlies and proved to be a nice little sun trap. Lovely to be still climbing new routes around here.

I was feeling pretty knocked out, so we called it a day after four climbs – leaving plenty to come back for another time.

We stopped off at the beach on the way home, but decided to return back home rather than hang out as we’d both had a pretty tiring week. In the evening we went to a local full moon party.

The moon made a good appearance over the mountains and some of our neighbours were providing the live music. Great vibes, but didn’t stay out too long. Lungs needed a rest!
