Another varied week. Gear testing, tent pitching, expedition planning…

Also a bit of canoeing thrown in as well. This time with a drone pilot who was making some footage of the students I was working with. It involved a briefly tense time trying to land the drone in the canoe in the middle of the lake!

And all sorts of weather too, including a rainbow with seemingly no rain!

I’m all packed up now ready for a week away in the Peak District, where I’m working with some students who have planned a climbing/cycle touring expedition. We are going to be biking between some of the classic crags and going climbing! Hopefully, the bikes won’t be too heavy with camping kit, food, tents and ropes on the back! Time will tell… for now nice evening in with Clare…
