There are nice new shiny belay chains at Marle Buttress…

We went to climb a few routes and clip the new bolts after a bit of ‘painting’ on one of our cabins. It needed weather proofing, so rather than just give it a coat of one colour waterproofing, I experimented with something else!

My students got to lead a few routes as well as trying the clip-stick to get themselves up some harder routes. Soon enough they won’t need me along!
