A week of all sorts once again, but not much in the way of photos… meetings, presentations and some inspiration talks in the evening from fellow mountaineers. I got to see John Porter talking about the life of Alex MacIntyre and climbing in the Himalayas followed the next day by Jon Ratcliffe describing explorations on big walls in Kyrgyzstan 20 years ago. All wild stories with some pretty impressive photos to go with them.

In between that, I’ve been a supervisor for some delicious student camp cooking efforts!

And hosted an unofficial climbing competition on Sunday at the Beacon wall (where the official comp happened the day before!).
