Between a bit of work at The Cottage, I found time to nip out for a very quick climb on the rocky slabs of Tryfan Bach. The cliff sees no direct sunlight during the winter, but around this time of year it starts to catch the sun for a few hours a day. It was very cold still, but nice to be out…

I stuck to the easier lines with bigger holds to keep my fingers warm!


Later in the day after checking through our ski kit in preperation for ‘Arctic April’, the skies cleared a bit and there was a real glow of colour on the clouds that were layering on top of the mountains. The photos couldn’t quite capture it though. These were my best efforts…
