Finished another manic day in the chaos of The Cottage building project with a restorative and peaceful walk along the beach. Squalls of rain passed dramatically by over Anglesey, but we stayed dry.

There’s an old tree that’s been washed up on the beach for months. It looks like dead driftwood, but amazingly there are new leaves sprouting from it! Isn’t nature amazing!

After all the coming and going of different builders it was nice to just sit quietly and watch the clouds roll past.

We did you with the idea of getting the paddleboards out as it was surprisingly calm at the coast, but we settled for just enjoying the vibe, which gave a much needed mental rest!
