The days have been passing in a very agreeable manner, divided between eating, sleeping, climbing and swimming.

The ground below the cliffs feels as dry as a desert, yet there is colour and life in abundance.

The climbing has been really good and apart from moving on from one sector which was a bit too busy for our liking, we’ve been able to climb some great routes.

We finished our final climbs of the year at a sector called ‘Hot Rock’. The climbs were steep, but not crazy overhanging and the rock was so sharp that in the end we couldn’t hold on because our hands were so sore, rather than arms being tired! At that point, we returned to the sea for more snorkelling!

And fine foods of course!…
