Glorious weather to be enjoying some all American experiences with Anna, Jonathan and Ben…

We’ve had a splendidly slow pace of life, experiencing the Halloween weekend festivities and classic snacks.

After an afternoon playing in the park with Ben, Jonathan took us on a little tour of Bremerton to get the best views… starting with Clare Avenue!

From the top of the town you could see Seattle skyline rising above the trees.

But the main event was seeing the view of Mt Rainer aka ‘The Mountain’ which was super impressive.

We got views from different view points. I had to zoom in to get the photo above, but in the clear autumnal air, as the sun was setting, we took plenty of other good shots…

And of course, there was plenty of houses decorated ready for Halloween. We walked past one that had a real person in a scary mask just standing completely still at the end of a driveway – as we walked past he turned his head to follow us! We were all a be spooked by it! This house was my favourite though! The eyes lit up as you passed it!!
